SPACE Japanese cap

A very special Japanese version of our SPACE hat. This limited edition piece was created in honor of our recent cultural exchange at the University of Hiroshima and Institute of Science Tokyo.

For the Japanese Translation of SPACE, Japanese artist and professor Asa Ito chose the kanji "Ma"(間).

"In Japanese, “Ma” does not simply mean an empty space; it carries the nuance of a space intentionally opened to invite various presences. For example, in landscape painting, leaving certain areas blank can evoke the atmosphere of a forest or even the presence of spirits.
